CHIP Advisory Committee Meetings

Alameda County Public Health Department (ACPHD) has been holding CHIP Action Team meetings since Spring 2015.  We will meet twice in 2016.  Our most recent CHIP Action Team meeting was held June 30.

The June 30, 2016 meeting materials:

• CHIP Action Team June Update
  We provided an update on the County Health Improvement process and the priorities chosen by the CHIP Action Teams.  The objectives were to understand evidence and recommendations for Economic Development and Community Safety Strategies, and to understand the next steps in the CHIP development Process.
• CHIP Action Team Process Diagram
  The Action Team Process diagram has areas highlighted in yellow that indicate the steps that have been completed by the Action teams.  Green area highlights show where we have left off in the process and will pick up moving forward.
• CHIP Presentations
  Two presentations were provided:
