Classes are offered throughout the county in various places and times so it is best to call (510.383.5185) to register for a class.

Q. How do I sign-up for diabetes classes?

Individuals may call us at 510-383-5185 to sign up for Hypertension classes. During COVID-19 restrictions, in person Hypertension classes are currently on hold and once classes begin, they will be held virtually. Please check back or you may call us to inquire more.

Q. Can I attend a few of the diabetes classes?

We recommended that individuals attend ALL the classes in order to completely understand and control your diabetes.

Q. Are diabetes classes offered in languages other than English?

Classes are offered in Spanish, Farsi, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
