Request for Alameda County to Participate in Your Health Fair

Alameda County Health participates in nearly 100 health fairs across Alameda County every year.

Our goals in doing so are to:

• Provide direct health services & education to our residents
• Connect residents with Alameda County resources, services, and programs
• Understand the health needs of our residents, and act upon those learnings

Please submit a completed Health Fair Participation Request Form at least 30 days before the event date to be considered. We will make every effort to support your event, however, please note that not all requests for participation can be filled. We will respond to your request within (5) business days.
