The Alameda County Health Pipeline Partnership (ACHPP) is a coalition of health focused youth programs that together provide a supportive network for youth under-represented in health careers. The programs focus on providing students with the academic, social and professional development needed for a successful health care career. Please fill out the ACHPP General Intake Form below if: 1. You would like to be matched with one of the health career programs, 2. To join our network of students and be included on list-serve announcements for internships, jobs, summer programs, conferences and more, and/or 3. You are a student interested in learning more about health careers. Once we receive your ACHPP General Intake Form, ACHPP staff will contact you to help match you with one of our partnered programs. Please note that placement in programs is not guaranteed and varies based on availability.
